Cancelling today Server IRC Meeting

Hi
I beg your pardon to be such a short notice, but we just checked the
expected participants and due to the 4th of July we found that we are
missing too much to make a reasonable meeting happen.

Therefore we cancel todays IRC meeting.

Next meeting should be next week as usual.
