Xenial - OpenvSwitch with DPDK binding to 10G NIC, not working...

Oh, I forgot to mention that my /etc/dpdk/dpdk.conf have:

NR_1G_PAGES=2
---

>From what I'm seeing, my OpenvSwitch-DPDK is not using / seeing PMD.
