Please import isc-dhcp from Debian/Sid

I tried, but I got:

Importing 4.2.4-4 to debian/sid
Importing 4.2.2.dfsg.1-5+deb70u2 to debian/sid
ERROR:root:Version to import (4.2.2.dfsg.1-5+deb70u2) is before debian/sid tip (4.2.4-4)

I guess this needs a closer look, and possibly some overrides. AFAICT,
from https://launchpad.net/debian/+source/isc-dhcp/+publishinghistory,
4.2.2.dfsg.1-5+deb70u2 was published in sid after 4.2.4-4, so the
importer isn't sure what to do about it.
