Stale data in Yakkety seeds

Reviewing
http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/germinate-output/ubuntu.yakkety/_germinate_output,
I am seeing a few packages that are missing/unsatisfiable for the seeds.

* server-ship
  - apache2-mpm-event
    + not packaged since vivid
  - apache2-mpm-prefork
    + not packaged since vivid
  - apache2-mpm-worker
    + not packaged since vivid
  - libapache2-mod-auth-mysql
    + not packaged since vivid
  - libapache2-mod-macro
    + not pacakged since vivid
  - libapache-mod-auth-kerb
    + source package name (was the binary package name in Precise)
    + now in universe, should it be promoted or dropped from seed?
    + should be renamed to libapache2-mod-auth-kerb if we want to keep
      the package
  - php-xsl
    + virtual package, replaced by php-xml (should we replace in the
      seed?)
  - pnm2ppa
    + source package?
    + should this be printer-driver-pnm2ppa

* supported-sysadmin-common
  - libcap-bin
    + Not published in any currently supported release
    + Renamed to libcap2-bin?
  - libpam-opie
    + Not published in any currently supported release
  - opie-client
    + Not published in any currently supported release
  - opie-server
    + Not published in any currently supported release

* supported-misc-servers
  - postgresql-plperl-9.3
    + Replace with postgresql-plperl-9.5
  - postgresql-plpython-9.3
    + Replace with postgresql-plpython-9.5
  - postgresql-plpython3-9.3
    + Replace with postgresql-plpython3-9.5
  - postgresql-pltcl-9.3
    + Replace with postgresql-pltcl-9.5
  - strongswan-pt-tls-client
    + Not published in Xenial (is this expected?)
  - zope3-sandbox
    + Not published in any supported release
    + Replace with zope2.13-sandbox?
  - samba-doc-pdf
    + Not published since Precise
  - euca2tools
    + Typo? Should this be euca2ools?
  - openvswitch
    + Source package name
    + Which binary packages do we want to install?
  - nova-objectstore
    + Not published since Wily
  - nova-vncproxy
    + Not published since Precise
    + There is nova-console, nova-novncproxy and nova-xpvncproxy
  - walinuxagent
    + False positive? rmadison says this is published in main?
    + It does appear to only be published for amd64?
  - hv-kvp-daemon-init
    + Not published since Trusty?

* supported-network-common
  - shorewall-shell
    + Not published in any supported release

* samba-server
  - samba-doc
    + Not published since Wily

* lamp-server
  - apache2-mpm-prefork
    + Not published since Vivid

There might be others we can fix, but this seems like the lowest hanging
fruit to clean up.
