[PHP7] Request for testing

For a few packages, our best (only) option is to update major versions
to get PHP7 support [the alternative being dropping them from the
archive]. The three I have hit so far are:

roundcube (1.1.4 -> 1.2~beta)
moodle (2.7.12 -> 3.0.3)
drupal7 [drupal8] (7.41 -> 8.0.5)

Now the issue is testing these (all in universe) packages and making
sure upgrades work, etc. I'm going to do my best to verify the builds
(via uupdate and some manual tweaking as paths have changed), but it
would be great if you do use any of these from the Ubuntu archives, if
you could test the new builds at:
https://launchpad.net/~nacc/+archive/ubuntu/php7. Please let me know
here or directly if you hit any major problems.

P.S. We are down to ~85 packages in the archive and ~22 packages in my
list (my list being all the packages I have submitted changes for, so
there is some latency relative to the archive) that depend on src:php5,
src:dh-php5 or src:php-json. We are very close to removing PHP5
altogether!
