SoftEther VPN package for ubuntu

Hello everyone.

There is a GPL VPN-server named SoftEther VPN (https://github.com/SoftEtherVPN/SoftEtherVPN) which is still not included both not in Ubuntu nor Debian. Can we find there someone who will help us to promote it to Ubuntu package?
Repository already have Debian build rules included.
