Remove servers from mirrors list

Heard back from the mirrors team, and they'll remove this one currently.
Note that the vanguard I reached out to said that in future you can
email to rt at ubuntu.com directly, and it'll make a ticket for such
things. No need to respond to the server team mailing list digests to
request mirror removal.
