Errors when pushing to Launchpad

I think I figured it out. Each time I push commits the command should be:

$ bzr push lp:~username/serverguide/branch_name

Subsequent pushes:

$ bzr push lp:~username/serverguide/different_branch_name

After working through my first few commits I think the Kickstart could
use some more details. I'll post my ideas here later.
