IRC Server Team Meeting postponed to Nov 25th

Hi there,

due to the national holliday in the US, most of the server team was off
today. The few people around (gnuoy, rbasak, zul, kickinz1 and myself)
thought it was best to postpone the meeting to Nov 25th since next week
there's the Cloud Sprint and most of the server team will attend.
