installing node.js from PPA

hello,

if i install node.js from PPA to have the latest stable version at any time, will there be any issue?
will it install as nodejs or node?

fyi I do not have the 'original' ubuntu 'node' software ( /sbin/node: Amateur Packet Radio Node program) installed.


has anyone tried that?
