sadms not working on Precise?

Hello,

I'm trying to get a brand new installation of Ubuntu Server to authenticate
against AD.

Using aptitude, I've successfully installed sadms and its dependencies.

However, it always errors when trying to join domain.

So, I tried joining domain using 'net ads join'... and it works! But the
tool seemed to be stuck right afterwards. I did Ctrl-C and got back to the
shell.

Then, I retried sadms' install.sh... and it got stuck, too, at step [7]
joining domain.

I'm at loss as to what to do now...
