Juju Community Survey

Hello! I've put together a very brief survey to gather some information
on how widespread juju is and what it is being used for. This should
take no more than 5 minutes to complete, and will give us a good notion
of where to focus our efforts in the coming months.

data I hope to have some in-depth analysis of the data available soon
after that.
