Hi Dustin.
Just a reminder: 
http://people.canonical.com/~kirkland/ubuntu-vm-builder.html is no longer 
up to date.  Can it still be used or is it completely outdated?
(referred to in https://help.ubuntu.com/community/KVM/CreateGuests )
