[Oneiric-Topic] Openstack next steps

Hi,

I would like to see us further Openstack into Ubuntu. This would
include the following for distro:

* Package the web interface
* Continue packaging nova, glance, and swift snapshots.
* Better deployment of openstack on deployment.
* Maybe a live CD-ROM.

This would I like to see from upstream:

* ebsroot
* Exposing statistics for instances.
