[Oneiric-Topic] radvd flexibility

I know little about this, but it's been suggested that there may
be problems with radvd's flexibility.  This originaly was brought
up with respect to libvirt, but AIUI libvirt's ipv6 support has
worked around this.  So I don't know if the topic is still needed
or not.
