[Oneiric-Topic] Community and family intranets

This one isn't particularly well thought out, but is based on the idea
of freedombox.  The question is what can we do to help enable families
and communities to do things like facebook and gmail just as easily,
but using their own infrastructure.  So we would want users to easily
be able to share

	. encrypted backups
	  . of small amounts of vital data, like bank statements and
	    geneology research.  Fortunately most people won't want
	    their own network links saturated so their son can back
	    up their torrents.
	. pictures
	. email
	. chat (i.e. just a small irc partyline)
