Ensure Ubuntu Server using Minimal CD

I read at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ServerFaq that Ubuntu
Server has a kernel optimized for server usage.

How can I ensure that it's the Ubuntu Server kernel being installed if
I use the MinimalCD from
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/MinimalCD ?
