Ubunutu Server X VirtualBox

 Hello!

 I'm wanting to use ubuntu-server and they create some machines
 Virtual (VM) in VirtualBox.
 I doubt (s):
 Only used with VirtualBox GUI (ubuntu desktop), as
 Works on Ubuntu server?

 My desire is to create an ubuntu server to manage my anger servers
 Virtual turn managed to separate e-mail, and firewall page.

 Someone went through this process?
 Can you give me a hint (s)?
