Libvirt: guest GMT time is one hour behind

Am I the only one to suffer from this?

I tried adding the non default option <clock offset='utc'/> witch gives me
the right time in guest host but it seems that the host's clock is "loosing"
time, over the time....

I installed ntp daemon but that doesn't help.
