Daily Bug Triager update

Hi,

I've updated the ServerTeam KnowledgeBase section about the Daily Bug triager
process [1].

Rather than having static per-day bug lists that get quickly outdated a
launchpad query is used to get the latest list of New,Undecided bugs. Since LP
doesn't support filtering by date the bug lists is just all the bugs in New,
Undecided at the time of the query.

The current daily assignment is:

Monday:    zul
Tuesday:   mathiaz
Wednesday: ttx
Thursday:  smoser
Friday:    kirkland

Just make sure that you look at the list at least once on the day you've been
assigned and set the importance for all the bugs.

There is small backlog for now (~35 bugs) which should be cleared by next week
if every one spends some extra cycle looking at the bugs.
