apache2 virtualhost cacti phpmyadmin

root at helen:~# ls /etc/apache2/conf.d/
cacti.conf  javascript-common.conf  phpmyadmin.conf
charset     localized-error-pages   security.dpkg-dist

cacti.conf and phpmyadmin.conf should not be loaded globally because they
become part of every virtualhost.
Perhaps they should be "Included in the virtualhost stanza in
/etc/apache2/sites-available/default.

Probably also true for javascript-common.conf
