Hi Guys,

I have a 64 bit ubuntu server 8.04, HP DL380 G5 with 2 72GB SAS Raid 1 for
OS and 2 146GB SAS Raid 1 for MySQL datastore and 22GB of memory. We plan to
setup the server run as standalone MySQL server (MySQL enterprise 5.1.38)

The data in the server is huge ( EST > 850,000) which the server will serve
> 500 clients.

we will use both MyISAM and InnoDB engine

what is the best my.cnf value to configure for best performance?

any advice, suggestion is appreciate......

thanks
