Hi,

Check the dmesg output. E.g, `dmesg | grep -i contr` shows:

[    1.484080] 3ware 9000 Storage Controller device driver for Linux 
v2.26.02.012. 

[    1.720017] scsi2 : 3ware 9000 Storage Controller 
 

[    1.720079] 3w-9xxx: scsi2: Found a 3ware 9000 Storage Controller at 
0xfc9ff000, IRQ: 20.
