Jaunty server refuse connection on all ports after 10 min running

Could you check /var/log/(messages|syslog|auth.loh) to see if any errors occurs.
Did you install fail2ban or similar programs ?
What "sudo ethtool eth0" tells you?
Is this machin works fine before the Jaunty installation? No overheat or so?
Finally, check apparmor logs also.
