Hi,  sudo apt-get install postgrey     should work if you have universe
enabled.   You will need to manually configure postfix (assuming you're
using postfix) to invoke postgrey as a policy server.   This is done by
adding something like 

check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:60000

to the smtpd_recipient_restrictions statement in main.cf

Of course your greylisting service must be listening on the port
specified above.
