show files contained in a not yet installed package

The ways I know are :

1) command line : $ dpkg --contents <package>

2) web : the [list of files] link on the package's page at
packages.ubuntu.com
example for http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/i386/elmo :
[list of files] : http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/i386/elmo/filelist

3) gui/desktop :  deb-gview : Gtk/Gnome viewer for the contents of deb
files.
