Demise of libvolume-id1 and redhat-cluster

I was looking through NBS and discovered:

Initially I thought that it would likely just need a rebuild, but it turns 
out, udev no longer provides the package and switching to libblkid from util-
linux give a FTBFS.

At this point, redhat-cluster either needs to be ported/fixed or removed.  If 
anyone wants to keep it, I suggest they get to work.
