NTOP Mapper.pl

I just set up a network monitoring server using Ubuntu Server and ntop via "sudo aptitude install ntop". When I click a link for the physical host location, I receive the following message:

"The requested URL /cgi-bin/mapper.pl was not found on this server."

I saw another post to a mailing list where this file wasn't included in the Debian package. I was able to check out the source code for ntop and locate the missing mapper.pl file, but I'm not sure where to place it. Any suggestions?
