hello,
if you have switch that can handle it you should have a look at
bonding / 802.11q
http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/Net:Bonding
otherwise, you can easily find/build custom solution (maybe on linux ha).
You make a script that monitor link connectivity ethtool + ping and
when a nic is down, you disable it and enable the second one.
