New bug management policy: ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list

Hi,

As some of you may have noticed, the number of bug emails sent by LP has
dramatically decreased lately. This is due to the creation of the
ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list [1] and setting it as the contact email
address for the ubuntu-server team in LP.

So if you're interested by bug triaging, you should subscribe to this
mailing list by going to the mailing list page [1].
