[RFC] - configuration changes to the ubuntu-server team in LP

+1 for me.
It's kind of hard filter the mails you are getting, this schema it's
used by the Desktop team, and i find a lot easier to filter the server
bugs one place and the LP bugs in which one are interested in on another
one, it's easier and one won't lose on a lots of bug reports to find the
ones in which one is interested in.
