Server Team needs (i.e. Roles)

Heya Folks,

Just a quick question to the group, what would we identify as being needed
most right
now in the team.  By this I mean, do we have a greater need for bug
triagers,
documentation, specialists (i.e. mysql, apache, ldap), etc.. etc..

If we had to prioritize the types/roles we were looking for, what would they
be?
