You aren't running 8.04 if the above are the contents of your sources.list.
:)  Firstly, you seem to be missing the "feisty" suite, which would
certainly be confusing for apt when doing upgrades.  Also, feisty is
end-of-life and no longer supported.  If you want to run 8.04, you'll need
to first add "feisty" back:

 deb feisty main restricted universe multiverse
 deb-src feisty main restricted universe multiverse

Then get your system updated and sane (apt-get update, apt-get
dist-upgrade).  From there, then fully upgrade to Gutsy[1], and then
fully upgrade to Hardy[2] (which is 8.04).
