All the tasks available at install time can also be used after the
installation with tasksel:

 $ tasksel --list-tasks
 u dns-server    DNS server
 u edubuntu-server       Edubuntu server
 i lamp-server   LAMP server
 i mail-server   Mail server
 i openssh-server        OpenSSH server
 u postgresql-server     PostgreSQL database
 u print-server  Print server
