Maybe I'm not getting the question right, but aren't those the same as

http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/hardy/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/ubuntu-installer/i386/initrd.gz
http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/hardy/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/ubuntu-installer/i386/linux

Just further down the file server hierarchy?
