Universe/Multiverse enabled by default in ubuntu-server

Why constrain the user/installer?  Why don't we add an option during
installation rather than trying to argue which default option is best?
 Maybe we could set the default option to universe/multiverse enabled,
but with an option during installation to disable them (only
main/restricted)?  Or even better would be an option to pick and
choose which you want, but that's getting out of hand.  Most people
probably only want one of the two scenarios.  I can't think of anyone
who would want only main and universe enabled, although these people
may exist...
