I completely agree with the current consensus, nine times out of ten you
are going to install something other then the initial service.
Filtering systems for email, extensions for web servers, etc.
Therefore, nine times out of ten you will be installing some package
that is from Universe.
Add another tally to the 'Yes' side. I do enable universe on my server
installs.
