Ispconfig is a tool that has its own php, its own apache, its own
spamassassin, etc...
It also has frequent updates and it is much easier to leave this for
upstream to take care of it (it has nice, working update system).
Yes, we could make it to work with php, apache, spamassasin (etc...) in
Ubuntu, but that would be too much work for little gain (of having
outdated ispconfig in archives).
