default installed packages

Hi,

just installed dapper and noticed some packages that imho shouldnt be there. 
Of course those packages might be useful for a server, as pointed out during 
a discussion on irc #ubuntu-server,but here I'm strictly talking of default 
installation:

- pcmciautils 
Commonly servers dont use pcmcia devices
- wireless-tools
A wireless server/gateway is a specific setup, and that package alone wouldnt 
suffice anyway
- linux-sound-base
- libasound2
As pointed out on irc, servers with some modems might have a use of that, but 
it's not a common setup
- evms
By default lvm2 is used, so if an admin wants to run evms he/she can install 
it afterward
