When will there be a Dapper server image?

It seems that these are the same files as the "normal" Dapper
images, does that mean that there will be no "dedicated" server
images like there are such ones for Breezy [1]?

There were some features mentioned in the announcement for
Breezy server version [2], are these already included in the
Dapper server & client image?
