Thanks for filing this bug in Ubuntu.

Please attach the following information:
- output of "sudo apt update && sudo apt -f install"
- output of "dpkg -l|grep apache"
- apt-cache policy apache2

The logs show just bits and pieces of what looks like failed downloads.
