Thanks for filing this bug in Ubuntu.

Could you please attach:
- /etc/samba/smb.conf
- the core dump or crash file (look in /var/crash)

So all these samba servers are joined to an AD realm domain, and have
shares and whatnot, but when the share on a 18.04 server is accessed you
get this crash? Could you please also attach the smb.conf file from one
of these client computers that try to access the share on the 18.04 one?

Can you also try to access the 18.04 share with smbclient from:
- itself? smbclient //localhost/share -U somevaliduser
- the same computer where accessing it via nautilus/dolphin triggers the crash: smbclient //18.04server/share -U somevaliduser
