hello and thank you for filing this bug report. I tried to install
'bacula' in a 17.04 container and encountered no errors.

At the prompt for bacula-director-sqlite3, did you ask it to create the
databases for you or not? If not, I think there can be issues and you
need to ensure the configuration is correct before proceeding to install
bacula-director itself.

In my container, I see:

Setting up bacula-director-sqlite3 (7.4.4+dfsg-5) ...
dbconfig-common: writing config to /etc/dbconfig-common/bacula-director-sqlite3.conf

Creating config file /etc/dbconfig-common/bacula-director-sqlite3.conf with new version
creating database bacula.db: success.
verifying database bacula.db exists: success.
populating database via sql...  done.


Which I don't see in your logs. Please provide the requested information and mark the bug as new.
