It appears that MySQL is already running when the service attempts to
restart it:

2017-05-10T07:06:46.696866Z 0 [ERROR] Can't start server: Bind on TCP/IP port: Address already in use
2017-05-10T07:06:46.696868Z 0 [ERROR] Do you already have another mysqld server running on port: 3306 ?
2017-05-10T07:06:46.696877Z 0 [ERROR] Aborting

Is that accurate?
