[Bug 689091] Re: Make smbclient package smaller - smbclient install size doubled since 3.2.x release

Upstream is stating this was fixed in 4.0.0 and higher via a new build
system. There is no currently supported Ubuntu release that ships
smbclient older than 4.1, so I'm marking this bug as fix released.
