Hi rolfc,
thank you for reporting that bug.
It appears on your system some conffiles were deleted.
 modified.conffile..etc.apparmor.d.usr.sbin.clamd: [deleted] 
 modified.conffile..etc.init.d.clamav.daemon: [deleted] 
 modified.conffile..etc.logcheck.ignore.d.paranoid.clamav.daemon: [deleted]
 modified.conffile..etc.logcheck.ignore.d.server.clamav.daemon: [deleted]
That is like just "rm" those files instead of removing a package.

I'd recommend purging (apt-get remove --purge) the clamav packages and
reinstalling them to get rid of the issue.

I'll set the bug status to incomplete, please feel free to reopen if the problem persists.
In that case please add what you did to purge/reinstall and the new/old error log.
