Additional build tests available in my Xenial build testing PPA -
https://launchpad.net/~teward/+archive/ubuntu/xenial-
buildtests/+packages - this is to permit armhf, arm64, and ppc64el
builds in addition to i386 and amd64.

If there are no build errors, this PPA will be used for the install
tests on a clean Xenial VM.

I've already tested upgrading nginx-core and nginx dependencies to
1.9.13 from the sbuild-built packages.
