[Bug 1561127] [NEW] libcgmanager0 is not certified and can't be updated

Public bug reported:

Under 14.04 ubuntu, libcgmanager0 package appears to be "not verified" after a sudo apt-get update.
Update ask if we want to install an unverified package.
As soon as the answer is "no", this package stays impossible to update.
