Description:    Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch)
Release:        16.04

2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or by checking in Software Center
maas:

3) What you expected to happen
maas webui should provide power-types in list for nodes
/etc/maas/templates/power should have config files

4) What happened instead
no power types in list from maas webui
no config files in /etc/maas/templates/power
can not handle nodes further than the state new (without power type entry)
