[Bug 1547183] Re: Remove php5 specific packages from the archive

With the above two alterations, we can drop pnp4nagios from the archive,
as it does not support PHP7
(https://github.com/lingej/pnp4nagios/issues/125), which in turn means
we can drop libkohana2-php.
